TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Scope
1.1. These general terms and conditions exclusively regulate the business relationship between Dynotest.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

1.2. If you have any questions or need to make a complaint, our customer service is available on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. You can contact us either by calling +38 095 831 96 02 or by sending an e-mail to support@dynotest.com.ua.
1.3. The term “Consumer” used in these Terms and Conditions refers to any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes other than commercial or independent professional activities.
1.4. The Seller does not accept the Customer’s terms and conditions unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity.
2. Offer descriptions
2.1. The products displayed in the online shop are an invitation to the customer to place an order, not a legal offer. Descriptions of product performance in the “Product Catalog” of the Seller’s website are not to be construed as guarantees.
2.2. All offers are valid as long as products are available, unless the product description says something else.
3. Order process and Contract conclusion
3.1. Customers have the option to select products from the seller’s range without any obligation and add them to a virtual shopping cart using the “Add to basket” button. Within the shopping cart, product choices can be modified, including deletion. Customers can then proceed to finalize their order from the shopping cart by clicking the “Checkout” button.
3.2. To place an order, Customers confirm their intention to purchase the items in the shopping cart by clicking the “Place order” button. Before confirming the order, Customers have the flexibility to review and modify their data at any time, return to the shopping cart using their browser’s back button, or cancel the order altogether. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
3.3. After the payment is made, the contract is formally concluded. Seller will automatically send an order confirmation to the Customer by e-mail. This confirmation email will include an overview of the order for your reference.
4. Taxes, shipping costs and Customs Duties
4.1 The prices listed on the Seller’s website already include the required sales tax according to the law.
4.2. Additionally to the prices indicated, the Seller calculates the shipping costs for your order. You will find a clear breakdown of these shipping costs during the checkout process.
4.3. Our store’s products do not include customs duties. Depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be required to pay import duties and import sales tax. By placing an order in our shop, you acknowledge and accept this policy. If you subsequently refuse to accept the package, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
5. Delivery and Product Availability
5.1. The product will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment on business days. If the order is placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday, or on public holidays in Poland), the shipment will be processed on the next business day.
5.2. The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method, courier service, and delivery location. Customers will be additionally informed about the estimated delivery date. The average delivery time within Europe is 2-4 working days from the transaction confirmation. In the case of delivery to another continent, remote regions, or islands, the delivery time will be approximately 7-14 working days. In some cases (force majeure or circumstances beyond the carrier’s control), delivery may take longer.
5.3. If the product ordered by the Customer is out of stock, the Seller may cancel the contract. In such a situation, the Seller will notify the Customer immediately and, if necessary, offer to deliver a similar product. If the Customer chooses not to receive the replacement product, the Seller will promptly refund the amount paid.
6. Refund and Return Policy
6.1. In accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), “A consumer who has concluded a remote agreement may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring costs, except as indicated below. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to revoke this agreement, for example, via email. Please include: Name/company, address, telephone number, email address. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
6.2 To initiate a product return, please contact us via email at support@dynotest.com.ua to request a notification that includes the return number. This return number is necessary for processing your return.
6.3. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for it to be eligible for return. Additionally, the return must occur within 14 days of the product’s delivery. Please note that the refund will not cover shipping costs, customs duties, import sales tax, or any additional fees, which may vary depending on the destination country.
6.4. Each device is equipped with a seal. If a device is returned with a broken seal (indicating that the device has been opened or used), it will not be eligible for a full refund due to the presence of an electrical component. After inspection, we may consider issuing a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price
6.5. In order to proceed with the return, we will require specific details. Please note that we will not process your return request unless all the required information will be provided.
6.6. If we do not receive your package, and you are unable to provide a tracking number, the sender will be responsible for addressing this issue.
7. Terms of payment
7.1. Customers can select their preferred payment method during the order process, with details of available payment options provided on a separate information page.
7.2. When third-party services, such as PayPal, are used for payment processing, their general terms and conditions apply.
8. Title Retention
The delivered product remains the property of the seller until full payment is received.
9. Warranty and Guarantee
9.1. The warranty is provided in accordance with legal regulations.
9.2. Goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed only when explicitly stated.
10. Liability
10.1.In no event shall Dynotest.com.ua nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract. Dynotest.com.ua, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
10.2. The Customer has been informed by the Seller, in every product description, that the device is not intended for use on public roads. Misuse of the device is punishable according to the Polish road traffic laws and the Polish Penal Code (or the laws of the destination country when shipped internationally). The Seller is not responsible for any misuse of the device by the Customer.
11. Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
12. Final Provisions
You can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform for consumer issues at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we are not required or willing to be part of a consumer arbitration board’s dispute resolution process.
13. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Poland for the resolution of any disputes.
14. Acknowledgment
By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
